Comprehensive plans offer the most benefits, including Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption. These plans provide the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip.
Fortunately, we didn't have to make a claim. Was it a good value? I suppose. It's the nature of insurance; to buy something that you hope you don't have to use.

I got this coverage since it included cancel for any reason and I was able to get that add-on within the time allowed. I thought it was important due to travelling during COVID and the possibility of new restrictions.

I submitted the paperwork to change the dates of coverage - well before the original trip start date.
I have not heard back on the progress just to alter the date.
The system still thinks I am on the original dates - as evidenced y this survey.
Issue resolved within 1 day.
All is good now.

I am not sure as to why I had to pay twice for this coverage. I will NOT recommend this company to others. I felt I was ripped off having to pay twice for the same coverage and getting no explanation from the company.
