Generali cancelled my insurance 5 days before departure. No reason given. The only thing good I can say about them is that they refunded my premium immediately.

We had to cancel our trip to England when my wife was required to stay for a work audit. Once I submitted the claim we promptly received our payment in about 2 and a half weeks. I couldn't be happier with the World Trips Atlas Journey Preferred plan and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Easy purchase for trip insurance to Italy. I have a rare autoimmune disorder that's been in remission for several years so having this insurance on our first European trip was very reassuring. Highly recommend.
