I have never had to file a claim so can’t speak to that end. The purchase process was easy, but the cost of the plans were fairly expensive. Those of us who have never filed a claim should get a break on the price.

Just a heads up! Plan was as required from the country we visited Costa Rica, be sure and print the pages that indicate the coverage customs in Costa Rica almost declined my coverage had I not proved them wrong with the printed pages

I was stranded at the airport for two days. I tried calling to ensure that I could get home in a timely manner, and I was waiting on hold for hours. Very disappointed.

The cruise was cancelled due to Covid. I was originally told that I would be able to roll the insurance over to a new cruise if that happened. Now I am told I have to submit new paperwork for a refund and am being made to jump thru hoops to get my refund and although RCCL has given me time to make a new choice, your company has told me that I hit a deadline. Not happy. From now on I will get my insurance direct from the cruise line I am travelling with. Definitely won't do this again. I challenge you to make things right.
