I didn't file a claim so not 100% confident in this product in case of an actual claim. However, I felt somewhat reassured I had some protection against trip interruption and Insuremytrip answered a question I had quickly.

I used CSA on a previous trip. I was hospitalized for a week in Venice, Italy. They performed remarkably well, aiding me at every step in postponing flights, arranging transport back to the USA, etc. Could not have asked for better. Needless to say, I use them each time, now.
