Fortunately, on our current trip we had no reason to use our trip insurance. However we did feel comfortable with our protection because of a past experience when we did need our insurance coverage and the service and processing of our claim was handled quickly and professionally. I did not have to file a claim this time but I did back in May 2019. Claim was handled promptly and fairly. I have three more cruises planned and will use Generali Global Assistance Preferred again.
