The Preferred plan offers higher coverage amounts than the Standard plan while still including a long list of covered reasons for trip cancellation and trip interruption. This plan also includes sports equipment rental coverage and many concierge services you can use while traveling.

We take customer service and the claims review process very seriously and cannot stress enough that it is important to review the coverage details of our plans via the Description of Coverage/Insurance Policy that’s available to you before purchase, and contact us at (800) 348-9505 or via email at [email protected] with any additional questions you may have. We also offer a free look back period with all of our plans to allow customers to cancel their policies within a designated period as long as they haven't already left on their trip or filed a claim. The plan you purchased includes approximately 20 different covered events under which we can provide coverage. The plan is unfortunately unable to provide coverage for every event that might cause an interruption. If there is something specific that you want to be sure is covered, feel free to ask about it before you purchase the policy.
