My flight was cancelled, I had to book at another airline at a premium price. Insurance is denying claim and does not want to recognize terms of the insurance, tries to juggle with wording only not to pay the warrantied reimbursement.
No live person is available to discuss a claims. Paperwork processing takes too long and no resolution offered. Paperwork and responses via email are too convoluted and no direct answers can be received.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I did not file a claim with this plan and so cannot provide an accurate rating. I can say this - For what it covered, it seemed about 20% more expensive than it should have been.

Suggestion for improving communications and exceeding customer expectation:
- Send email to your customer(s) re confirmed insurance policy, protocols including contract ID and contact phone number for reference it will go a long way in improving loyalty and trust.
