The insurance is easily bought online, fully documented and emailed to you. The the true test of a good plan, however, is when you have to file a claim. Fortunately, I did not have to do that.

So, no idea how it might work out if/when needed. But it got good ratings, so I presume it will work well when needed and, thankfully, no need to use it on this trip. But the price was very good, compared to what OAT, our tour company was going to charge.
