AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
It is too bad we need it...but since we do, this is an easy company to work with. We filed a claim on a previous trip for delays that ate up part of our bike and barge trip. Were very satisfied.

While I did not have to access the plan, it was comforting to know that I had coverage. Two students did have to go to the hospital while there. I hope they had coverage even though costs are quite different in Japan.

Had to cancel my travel plans because of the illness of my wife. The lady whose home we rent from was nice enough to refund our rent money. I called to cancel my insurance and was told that it could not be refunded.To me this is not good customer service and I will seek another company next year.
