Before buying a plan I spoke with a representative on the telephone. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We were going on a cruise. This is so much less expensive than what the tour operator was offering. I will use this company again. Fortunately we didn't need to file a claim.

I did not need to file a claim for this trip; however, my husband had to file one for a trip we took in November 2018. This company was great and reimbursed the amount not covered by our health insurance. This is why I will always use C&F Travel Insured International.

The prove on this plan is when one has to make a claim. Since I have never made a claim I cannot review or make judgement on this plan. the purchase process when well and that is all that i can attest to.
I would like to see coverage of preexisting conditions extended for a longer period after initial payment on trip is made.

Fortunately my trip went smoothly and there was no need to file a claim. My review was based solely on the coverage offered for the premium paid. The premium was very reasonable compared to what was being offered by other companies.

Although more expensive than other similar plans, this plan offered a lot more coverage. I’m relieved we didn’t have to use it but felt safer knowing we had it if we needed it.
