I bought the policy primarily for rental car insurance. However, in the Republic of Ireland, they wouldn't accept it and would not rent a car unless you bought their expensive policy for full car replacement.
The policy said it would cover Ireland, however, that is not true. I feel like I spent $400 for nothing.

However, the Rental Car Collision - Loss offered by your policy does not include auto liability coverage. Since car rental agents in Ireland require liability coverage, the required insurance most likely included auto liability insurance which our plans cannot provide.

Purchasing this plan was easy through Insure My Trip. Luckily, I didn't have to file a claim since my trip went smoothly and no illnesses or accidents occurred. So, I'm satisfied. The real satisfaction factor would have been determined if I had to file a claim. Happy that didn't happen! I will always use this site for my travel insurance needs.

Even though this trip was absolutely flawless, I was able to walk around with the added security of knowing that if anything happened, bad weather, delayed connection, that I was going to get to my destinations with no issues. That’s a wonderful feeling.

While RoamRight eventually paid the claim and once they decided to pay, the check came quickly, the process was not smooth and we had to involve the Customer Advocacy assistant through Insuremytrip. Contacting them while on the trip yielded no help and we had to schedule our own flights back. They initially denied my claim, but did not state that til 5 weeks after sending all documentation. They then initially denied another part of the claim two more times. Through the whole process, they NEVER once called me, if I called them they gave a blanket statement, and if you clicked on contact about your claim and sent an email- they NEVER once responded to it. It took almost 4 months to resolve a simple claim of an injury while traveling that required returning to the United States for surgery on a minor child. I have used trip insurance many times- fortunately have not had to submit claims often- but the other time I have it was a MUCH more easier process and they were very receptive.
