The last two nights of my trip to Peru were spent in a hospital in Cusco. Representatives from Generali were on the phone with my travel companion at least two to three times a day. They were so helpful and considerate. Their follow-up was excellent. I was told what paperwork to get from the billing department. When I got home I sent off all the required paperwork and was paid promptly.
I was so surprised that everything went to smoothly.
I have recommended them to many of my traveling friends and won't go on another adventure without them!!

You chose the Atlas Enterprise plan which is rich in benefits including the Pre-Existing Condition Waiver when purchased within 21 days of the Initial Trip Payment for the full cost of the trip along with Primary coverage, a Medical limit of 200,000 USD and an Emergency Medical Evacuation limit of 1,000,000 USD.
