All items, and a few extra were covered. So I guess bottom line they did their job. However, it took them a long time, and I had to keep calling them. I wonder how long it would have taken if I wasn't continually checking. I would call and they would say they would get back to me in 24 hours...a week later I would call and get the same response. My adult son,who went along on our trip and had his own insurance turned in a claim to another insurer for the same trip and expenses, filed his claim and had a check in 7 days!! Ours took 6 weeks.

The customer care rep I spoke with was very helpful in explaining the coverage (which was great than I thought it would be) and explaining my options. Luckily we didn't need it, but it was comforting to know we had it if need be.
