Thankfully, I didn't need to file any claims, so I don't have the direct experience of processing a claim. But I've always had good luck with insuremytrip.com and the companies they represent.. The purchase process was clear and easy, and I think I picked the best plan for my purposes.

Really am in no position to evaluate the plan since we didn't use it and therefore do not know how reliable it would have been. However, the friend who did recommended it broke her ankle just before departure and was very satisfied with your prompt refund of her expenses. We plan on using you again for our next foreign travel.

Impossible to rate a plan if you made no claim. All you can do is "hope" they pay when you do make a claim. I bought it and didn't have to use it...Luckily/thankfully!
