Our return flight from Boston to Raleigh was cancelled which meant another hotel for the night. Once I secured a letter from Jet Blue regarding the cancellation and re-booking and sent the paperwork to CSA I had a check in less than 10 days!! Fantastic service!! Will definitely buy their product again.

We did not need to use the insurance but a man in our group lost his wife on this trip. He had travel insurance and was so thankful he did.

I had a concern because the trip was supposed to end on 6/27/14. The trip operator made such a mess of the airline reservations that I didn't arrive home until 6/28/14, one day after my policy expired since I purchased it for the stated duration of the trip. Perhaps you could advise clients to add one day beyond the stated end of trip to their policy period so coverage would continue if they don't actually get home on the end of trip date.

    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. It is imperative to use the confirmed travel dates on the purchase application because it is a formal document. All coverages under the plan will be extended if your entire Covered Trip is covered by the plan and your return is delayed by unavoidable circumstances beyond your control.
    If coverage is extended for the above reasons, coverage will end on the earlier of the date you reach your originally scheduled return destination or seven (7) days after the scheduled Return Date.

We didn't need to file a claim, but came very close! Shortly after we left on our trip, a huge tree (4 foot base and 100 plus feet tall) came down in our front yard! Thankfully, no one was hurt, but if it had fallen on our house, it would have been "bye bye cruise"! You just never know what might happen.

The only suggestion that I have is that you include the information to file a claim with the pre-trip reminder. I purchased my insurance months in advance and it would have been nice not to have to search my e-mail for the original confirmation. No claim filed (gratefully) so I guess the truest test was not necessary.
