    Thank you very much for your review on pricing. All comprehensive plans including the Nationwide Essential calculate their premiums based on the age of the traveler, trip cost and length of trip. We understand that travel insurance always appears to be a waste of money unless you have a loss when its value becomes apparent. Nevertheless you did select one of our most competitively priced plans when choosing the Nationwide Essential plan.

John Hancock Bronze
We usually purchase travel insurance and have filed a claim in the past. But it was for small items because of luggage not getting to our destination for several days.
This time we are so glad we purchased the John Hancock Bronze Plan. Because the hurricanes damaged the villa we rented our trip was canceled and our trip deposit forfeited.
When I called John Hancock the agent was so helpful and told me what I needed to start the claim process. I was told it would take about 30 days to process. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and we did receive our deposit back.
