No reason I bought this coverage was in case I tested positive for Covid And will be forced to quarantine in the United Kingdom so this policy covered me for that. I am grateful that I did not have to use it but it was money well spent

HI guys...in extenuating circumstances my trip was postponed by two days, then had to be cancelled, I drove over 2,000 extra Km and had to spend an extra 2,200$ on alternate transport. The kind lady on the phone who spoke w/ mentioned I had to have "proof" of my delay....at an international border there is rarely anyone who will give you "proof" that entry is being delayed, that am aware of. Because I did not have this proof, essentially NONE of my extra expenses were covered and have no way to recover the lost time driving, taking a ferry (for 2,200$) much less any possible refund on the original purchase of insurance policy itself. AM not at all dissatisfied w/ customer service, quite the contrary as ever one have spoken to is really doing their best...would be helpful to know I needed "proof" of delay in the first place, any help that's still available is much appreciated
