What terms of the policy were deceptive and not clear. The turnaround time for claims was super slow and the representatives weren’t able to articulate what they needed. I would never use this insurance. It would make a lot more sense to spend the extra $50-$75 to get a different Insurance that is worth its value.

We had a hiccup during planning that resulted in a date change. That was easily resolved. We then feared another issue as flights were delayed and the possibility existed for dominoes to fall. We were relieved to know we had the coverage. One of the passengers on our trip had a health scare that required departure from the group. That solidified for us the value of having the insurance. Thank you.

I called for emergency assistance (24001140094) on August 5th at 10pm as a group of us were left standing at the JFK AA gate and missed our 5:30pm flight. We were put on standby for 11pm after waiting at AA customer service for 3 hours. Never made the 11pm flight. AA gave no vouchers. I was sent hotel info from Generali. Later Generali sent me a strange (24001140094) invoice for a Train to somewhere???
As I sent a note to Generali on August 9th, I could not provide receipts for what was planned by another couple. I keep getting canned notes back to send receipts. I guess there are no workarounds or a person to help with my situation.
