The woman I spoke with on the phone when I signed up for my plan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did not need to use the plan therefore I cannot speak to how easy or difficult it was to file a claim.

This plan was a perfect fit and REASONABLY priced. It had the options that covered my core concerns for domestic travel. It was easy and also had reasonable terms for claims which fortunately were not needed. It's always better to have something and not need it then the other way around.

I wanted a plan for medical evacuation only, but found that was no longer offered. This plan included evacuation along with medical and trip cancellation...all this at a reasonable cost
