Next time I will purchase insurance within 30 days of down payment of cruise as insurance cost would have been much less. Insurance reps were very helpful with finding the right plan - everything handled online. I would use and recommend this insurance plan again.

Since I didn't have to use the plan, I don't know how well it would have worked. Someone in the group was airlifted out by helicopter, and I was glad I had the plan. I will use you again.

I didn't have to use the insurance, but almost did due to a family illness. I spoke with a representative once about the claim process and while she was pleasant, the volume of documentation that was requested was pretty large. I was glad when I didn't have to file a claim and was able to travel after all.
