Didn't need to use it, but having the insurance provided peace of mind while on the trip. I wish they had a plan that just covered replacement of the trip cost and medical/medical evac. I don't really need all the other small items, which surely increase the price.

It is hard to say how satisfied I am with the plan since I didn't have to file a claim. I thought the price and coverage looked good compared to other plans, and I liked how a copy of the coverage and emergency numbers was emailed to me a few days before we left for our trip.

CSA Travel Protection was wonderful. We had a cruise planned and then we had to cancel due to an illness. CSA processed our claim promptly and we will definitely use them again on future travel. We were very satisfied with their customer service.

Fortunately, I had no problems with health or delays on my trip, but I feel the coverage was reasonable and comprehensive and I felt better knowing that I would be covered financially should anything happen.

So glad I never had to use it! I chose this plan because when my mother had a prolonged illness on her final trip abroad, it was this plan that came thru for us 100%. I will continue to recommend this plan to all my traveling friends and family.

The plan is unclear if medical is covered out of the country. All one can do is pay emergency medical directly to the doctor and then submit a claim for "consideration" to CSA. My son became ill with bronchitis, but we opted not to try to get medical attention after talking to the CSA phone attendant. There are too many forms to fill out and hoops to jump through, and then there is no guarantee that reimbursement would be forthcoming. Not the best.
