We had a trip and baggage delay on the return portion of our trip. Nancy handled our claim efficiently and effectively. It was paid in less than 30 days. However, a portion of our claim was not covered because the baggage delay only covered the outbound travel. Our delay occurred during a leg of our return flight. We flew from London to Dulles and were supposed to fly from Dulles to Home. Unfortunately, a problem occurred with air traffic control and our flight was cancelled until the next day. The airline would not give us access to our luggage. Read your coverage very carefully. I assumed baggage delay would have covered all parts of our trip.

Our plan included secondary medical coverage. My husband had swimmers ear infection a few days before flying home.
The plan covered the expense 100% and I was pleased with the promptness of processing and payment for our claim.
Customer service staff were courteous when I contacted hem for a link to forms and clarification of submission of the claim.
There was quite a bit of documentation to submit for the claim- copies of passport pages, boarding passes, etc., but I do understand the need for such information.
