Plan provided good value for the coverage provided and purchase process was straightforward. I did not file a claim so have no experience with the claims process, which is the real test of an insurance plan. A comprehensive plan was required for the trip we were taking to subantarctic islands off the coast of New Zealand. The plan we purchased contained all of the necessary elements for our trip and was cheaper than equivalent plans. That is the operational definition of a good deal.
