I experienced a medical emergency 3 days before departing on a cruise, It was easy to download claim forms and fax claim to CSA. I truly expected a big hassle, but our claim was approved and we received full reimbursement in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend InsureMyTrip and CSA.

I don't think this was covered...my itinerary said one thing what we got was totally different! We could take 2 checked bags over....when we wanted to come home we were told only ONE checked bag per person! It cost us $75 for one extra bag! (we left one bag behind and stuffed everything into the 3rd bag!) Also NO food was offered on the way over!

Thank you for your question. Although it is unfortunate that your travel provider did not meet the terms of your agreement, there would be no baggage coverage under any of our plans including CSA unless your baggage was lost, stolen or damaged.Feb 13,2016

Taking out inusrance with CSA was the best thing my husband and I could have done. We took out the insurance because I have an elderly mother. We were shocked when I had to have emergency spine surgery. This delayed our trip home for almost a month. It was very comforting not to have to worry about any additional expenses. We have told more people about CSA and their kindess and not to travel without it!
