Fortunately, I had no need to file a claim, but I spoke with an agent by phone in buying my plan, because it was for 5 family members coming from two different states, and so it was difficult for me to set it up on line. She was extremely helpful and guided me to what I think was the best plan for our needs. I will certainly call InsureMyTrip again for my next travel insurance needs.

Fortunately we did not need to use the plan that we purchased but having left two kids home with elderly grandparents it was wonderful peace of mind knowing that if we did have to return for an emergency that our expenses would be covered.

When I purchased the plan I had typed in an incorrect email address to receive my confirmations I was concerned I wouldn't' get a confirmation and wrote InsureMyTrip. They responded immediately (and twice) with a confirmation and all my documents. Very good customer service.
