It's difficult to rate the plan because I thankfully did not have to use it so I don't know if the coverage was adequate etc., However, given what InsureMyTrip provides in terms of the ability to analyze a very comprehensive number of policies and plans from a wide array of companies, I feel I picked a coverage that I was comfortable with at a reasonable cost. Therefore, I think this is a valuable service and allowed me to choose what I thought was best for me and my trip (CSA Travel Protection Custom). So I would say I am very satisfied with the service the website provides.

It's hard to tell if the plan is a good one unless you have to file a claim. This plan was reasonably priced and covered everything we wanted. We had a claim about 5 years ago and it was paid quickly.

Excellent service when purchasing the plan. I wasn't aware that you had to buy a plan within 10 days of INITIAL payment, or pre-existing conditions were excluded. My rep found a plan that covered pre-existing conditions even when purchasing later. It turns out we didn't need to make any claims (fortunately), but the peace of mind it allowed us was important. Thank you!

I had two extended lay overs which caused my trip to be 60 hours of length. I wanted to make sure that on these lay overs, I was well covered for any unexpected situations.
