CSA provides the coverage I need in unfamiliar circumstances where, as on this recent trip, accidents happen in the most precarious places. In recent years European cities have become incredibly crowded prohibiting all but foot traffic in most historic areas. The climb to the Parthenon is a treacherous hike with few balustrades and slick, uneven surfaces and steps. A member of the tour in front of us fell and rolled twenty feet before someone could stop her. She was completely at the mercy of Greek emergency services which were quick and efficient. It appeared that she would need hospital care. I hope she had good insurance. It eases my mind that I am covered for this kind of contingency overseas. Really, I would never leave the country without that assurance.

CSA covers from ticket cancellation, last minute changes, medical emergency evacuation to baggage damage to lost luggage. Their coverage is at a better rate than the standard travel insurance. Customer service is hassle free and in the USA. I used it for years. I always got my travel insurance through insuremytrip.com because it was convenient and I was able to compare many travel insurance companies at once. I recommend it.

The insurance plan is good overall but is an old people thing and is definitely not recommended for younger or adults who can manage the travel plans them selves. No complain to about the coverage as i never needed to use it so i can't say anything bad or good about it. I would say it was a waste of money for me.
