This plan offered the highest coverage amounts for the most reasonable cost. When I needed to change my trip dates after the plan had been purchased, extending my coverage was as simple a quick phone call with their courteous staff.

The trouble with a plan like this is that you can never know how it really works until you have to file claim. But the policy sounded like it covered our concerns at a reasonable cost and relatively low deductibles. That's a strong combination.

I recently submitted a claim. I would have liked if I would have received a confirmation that my request was received since I heard nothing for a couple weeks. but I still satisfied with the service.

Good plan. I had a situation with delayed luggage and the insurance company paid for that. The only comment is that claim processing took a while - maybe 5-6 weeks before I received the check.

Our first cruise was corporate-sponsored in 1992, so when we went to schedule our second cruise in 2011, we were virtually sailing blind, not knowing exactly what we needed nor how much it should have cost. One thing that we soon decided was a good idea was to buy trip insurance, and our research indicated that the best value would be found by purchasing a policy from an after-market vendor. We studied several insurers on-line, and read many reviews, and decided to purchase a policy from InsureMyTrip. Although we had no need (fortunately) to file a claim, it was a great comfort just knowing that we would be protected, to an apparently adequate extent, should anything occur that would interrupt our trip or deter us from enjoying it to the fullest extent. We look forward to our next cruise, and will certainly look at what InsureMyTrip has to offer.

My family has been using CSA consistently over the past several years when traveling. Last year they did a wonderful job with getting my mom out of Czech republic when she broke her foot and needed to return home promptly. She was provided with an ambulance to and from the airport in both Prague and New York as well as a first class ticket home. They also refunded her money for all the unused portions for her trip.
Later that year they also did a wonderful job reimbursing our (mine and my husband's) expenses incurred due to the Spanish air strike which affected our flight from Paris to Rome. I would definitely recommend CSA to others and I intend to use them again when I travel in the future. The 2 times they were needed they pulled through beautifully.
