First time to purchase travel insurance (required for international travel in case of COVID quarantine). The representatives were very responsive by email and by phone, answering all my “what if” questions. After payment was given, they immediately emailed my “visa” paper required by the country I was visiting so I could begin my paperwork for entry. Would definitely use them again.

I travel regularly and have for 25+ years. I have never purchased trip insurance. Due to all the uncertainty with COVID I decided to buy it just in case. Long story short, our Sunday flight home from vacation was canceled by the airline they weren’t able to get us on another one until Tuesday! We had to be back for work/school and ended up paying $1,500 out of pocket to get home on Sunday as we had planned. The airline was terrible to us through the whole ordeal and I was so angry. Then I remembered the insurance!! I submitted a claim with my receipts as soon as we got home and was reimbursed for our out of pocket costs within 5 weeks. Easy Peasy. Definitely recommend!

I searched many different review sites and I kept seeing this one so I bought it.
I think we were covered for most things but to be honest every plan seems written in a way to confuse a customer which causes the customer to just give up reading and hoping that the summary gives you enough true information.
They use words like “may” And “should” “if” those little words are very powerful in legal documents like insurance policies.
Even if you read the entire policy, THE AVERAGE PERSON ISNT GOING TO FULLY UNDERSTAND IT.
Just pray that the company truly wants to do the right thing for their cudtomers.
That’s my rant!

I will never use them again!. We purchased insurance for a trip that ended up being cancelled because of Covid so we decided to transfer the insurance to a trip to Greece we had planned forAug. 2021. Doing that, increased our premium even though the cost of the Greece trip was less. In August the cruise line cancelled the cruise. We decided to transfer it to another trip we have planned and the price of that trip was not more than Greece and now because the trip is not until Dec. 2022, they want an increase of $200. This is really outrageous, badicallyrobery and unacceptable. They have the funds from the premium we originally paid in 2020 paid that they can be using. As previously mentioned, I will never, ever use this company again.

In advance of the trip, suddenly government requirements for testing changed. As a result I needed three PCR tests for Covid, one prior to going, one prior to the Galapagos and one to return to the US at a total cost of $265. I wish this had been covered

We never had to use the insurance, which is a good thing but it was nice knowing we were covered. I believe the price was right and the plan provided all of the phone numbers we may need in case of an emergency. Thanks
