Although I had no claims, having the policy gave me peace of mind. Also, shortly before the trip, I realized I had written the wrong day the trip started (It started 1 day earlier than I noted.) I called the company & there was no problem changing the start date at the last minute.

We did not need to file a claim and therefore cannot comment on how CSA would have handled a claim. However we had peace of mind knowing we were covered in case it was needed.

I looked around for trip insurance for a bike tour I was taking in the Canadian Rockies. This was the coverage I needed at the very lowest price I could find. Fortunately, I didn't need to use the coverage but it was a comfort to know it was there if I did need it.
