One cannot really review insurance coverage until they submit a claim. In this instance my adventure travel company required that I have specific types of coverage which I was obliged to secure. CSA offered the package I needed and their reviews were within reason.

My major concern was a 95 year old aunt, for whom I am the sole caregiver. If an emergency arose, would she be considered "family". Your customer care rep was most helpful in suggesting CSA as the least expensive to include her. Fortunately no crises arose. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback about the policy. On your particular policy, an "aunt" is considered an immediate family member. This can vary from policy to policy so it is important to check the definition of family member in the policy certificate.Nov 05,2013

I purchased a plan to cover my recent trip to Germany. I was very impressed by the customer service; I was always immediately connected to a live person and they patiently answered all questions I had and advised me on the best plan for my situation. This was a great comfort. They encouraged me to call back should I remember more questions/concerns. I will recommend InsureMyTrip to all my friends.

It wasn't much more to buy this third party plan which covers a lot more than what the cruise line offered. I would recommend this site to anyone who's planning an expensive trip, because the coverage you can get is a great value.

Used this on a trip to Budapest, Hungary. Girlfriend got very sick had asthma and bronchitis. It was a weekend, contacted CSA rep to ask for a english speaking doctor. Took 3-4 hours to finally have a doctor come to the house. Couldn't hardly speak any english, (very broken). This was very important because of my girlfriends many food and drug allergies. Took a huge chance and doctor gave her two shots of something he said would work. She didn't get any better. My family showed up that speaks hungarian. I contacted the american embassy myself who recommended a doctor in budapest that americans go to in Budapest-. Doctor spoke great english and was very helpful. Recommended medications much different that the other doctor, that seemed to help. It stabilized her condition for the next 4 days until we returned back to the USA. Not only was the doctor recommended by your company terrible, but it took 3-4 hours to finally find one that still couldn't speak clear english. Very unhappy with this service, could have killed my girlfriend by prescribing the wrong medication and taking so long to respond. Almost ruined the entire vacation! Would not recommend!

Of course, the real test would have been if I needed to use any of the coverage; however, I was very satisfied in dealing with your staff when I purchased the coverage. Thank you. (P.S. My trip was to Italy: Tuscany, the Alps and the Riviera)
