But I thought the value I received for the price paid was excellent, and the customer service representative was very helpful when I called for advice on buying the policy (ie, did not try to up-sell and provided clear explanations of the different options).

We thought it important to buy trip insurance as the hospitals in Burma are not up to our standards and if something happened to us, we wanted to be taken to a country that has good medical care, perhaps Thailand. We are very glad that we had not accidents or sickness and did not need any help. We thought the coverage was more expensive than for other countries we had visited.

I needed to add an additional day to my policy. I called the customer service number and they easily charged my credit card and extended the policy. Great customer service!

I reviewed other plans and they appeared much more expensive with less coverage. I telephoned your office and received a warm welcome as well as prevalent information which assisted with decision to purchase insurance from this company.
