thank goodness we never had to use our insurance plan ---but we were glad to know we had it. It was the first time we've purchased any travel coverage, and glad to have the peace of mind traveling out of the country. We took it with us on all our tours. the plan covered what we wanted and the price was really fair! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who travels.

When the airlines lost my checked bag, I was glad to have the delayed/lost baggage coverage. I did not have to file a claim because the luggage was located and expedited to my location, but it was good to have peace of mind that I had coverage if I needed to replace the contents.

We were very fortunate that we didn't have to use any of the policy that we purchased for our U.S to New Zealand trip. I wouldn't have traveled that far and for the length of time we were gone without the policy.
