Not much to say! Purchase was easy and we were glad we didn't need to make a claim. When I had a question before purchase, your customer service person was knowledgable and helpful. We would purchase this plan again.

Website easy to work with. After purchasing insurance, the cruise line lowered the price of the cruise. I contacted CSA and they immediately rebated a premium reduction due to the reduced cruise cost.
